Hector Rivera Rivera retired from public service as Chief Human Capital Officer after three decades of distinguished service while leading human capital, financial management, budgets & policy formulation in accord with federal/ state laws, rules or mandates. A proven Operational, Managerial & Strategic Leader with extensive experience in our Nation’s Capital as senior staff officer under the Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, The White House and National Security Council.. His education includes a B.S., M.P.A., M.S., and ABD at William & Mary. Later in 2025, he will celebrate A Pearl Anniversary with his high-school sweetheart; they raised two adult sons. Enjoys traveling and is an avid golfer!
