BIOGRAPHY

Sarah is a Senior Consultant & Facilitator with the Center for Public Policy. Before joining CPP, Sarah led multi-agency networks responding to community needs in youth and adult education, workforce development, and refugee resettlement. She is passionate about designing and delivering human-centered learning experiences that promote reflection and growth. As a trained facilitator, she creates an inclusive space that helps groups navigate uncertainty and transform conflict into opportunity. 

As an executive and leadership coach, Sarah combines her experience coaching professionals with tools and frameworks from the International Coaching Federation. Through inquiry and advocacy, she partners with clients to identify barriers, unlock solutions, and build action plans that help move them forward in their unique professional journeys. She believes in the importance of measuring impact and is experienced in using assessment and evaluation to inform decision-making and improve outcomes for individuals, teams, and organizations.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature & Creative Writing from Colorado College and a master's degree in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has specialized training in Change Management and Mediation and is working towards her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification.
