Solenne Montgomery is a civic engagement advocate with over five years of experience in grassroots organizing, voter mobilization, and nonprofit leadership. A proud HBCU alumna of Virginia State University and recent graduate of Columbia University’s Nonprofit Management program, she has led strategic outreach efforts that significantly increased student voter turnout. Solenne has held fellowships with Campus Vote Project, HeadCount, and the Virginia State Senate, where she championed inclusive civic participation and community partnerships. Passionate about empowering underrepresented communities, Solenne specializes in coalition-building, public speaking, and youth engagement to strengthen democracy at the local and national levels.
