VCU Career Services

See the below message from VCU Career Services:

VCU Career Services is still here to help. Now, we’re only an email away!

If you need a review of your resume or cover letter, advice on searching for jobs or internships, tips on applying to graduate school or have some other career-related question, our keen and nimble staff member, Audrey Walls, is at your (virtual) service. We’re offering email advising that easily lets you access the help you need.

You can reach Audrey in two ways:

  • If you prefer email, you can email Audrey anytime at awalls@vcu.edu. Be sure to attach any documents you want to have reviewed. She will respond to your question within 1-2 business days.
  • If you want to have a conversation (phone or Zoom), you can log on to Handshake to schedule an appointment. Just choose Audrey as your designated staff member. Be sure to email your resume ahead of time, or write out what burning questions you need answered in the comments section when you make your appointment.

We're all learning how to navigate this wild new world together; so, if you have questions or need assistance, do not hesitate to email us at careers@vcu.edu or call 804-828-1645.
