WilderLIVE!: Discussion with the Dean Thursday (July 9th, 2020) 2-3PM

On Thursday, July 9th, 2020 (2-3PM) the Wilder School Undergraduate Student Services and Advising Office will be holding a Q&A session with our Dean, Dr. Susan Gooden
As always with our WilderLIVE sessions, you'll have the chance to win a $25 UberEats gift card!

  • COVID -19 updates    
  • Dr. Gooden's take on current events in Richmond and around the country  
  • What the Wilder School is doing to combat issues of systemic racism

U.S Commercial Services Internship Opportunity

The Commercial Service (CS) Richmond Field Office, a division of the U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service of the U.S. Department of Commerce, is pleased to announce an internship opportunity. As part of the Commercial Service internship program for the U.S. Department of Commerce, an intern will work closely with the International Trade Specialists located in the Richmond office. This is a great opportunity for a young professional to obtain experience working in the field of international trade and export promotion.

This is an unpaid position

Virtual Student Federal Service application open

The Virtual Student Federal Service (VSFS) is an eight-month remote internship program for U.S. citizen students, college-level and above, who would like to make a real difference in the work of the U.S. government. 

eInternships run from September through May of each year.

The VSFS vacancy announcement is open July 1 – 31 on the website: During this time, students may find the listing by searching for “VSFS” or “Virtual Student Federal Service” on USAJOBS. Students may apply to up to three projects.
