ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Isom-Payne, assistant dean of student success at the Wilder School, is an active advocate for student success and engagement through a learner-centered perspective. She has developed student success programming and outreach to support increased retention, graduation efforts, and enhance student's professional development. She has conducted qualitative research investigating the professional identity development of graduate students and the impact of student and faculty engagement for student success of international students. Isom-Payne brings more than 15 years of higher education administration experience, along with corporate recruiting, and as a professional counselor embraces the student's experience with a holistic approach to their educational and professional journey.
