Arnold "Chip" Kramer

Master’s degree in Public Administration, Virginia Commonwealth University; Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Resources from West Virginia University

Chip holds a bachelor’s degree in wildlife and fisheries resources from West Virginia University and a master’s degree in public administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Chip has 30 years of experience working for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is currently the Director of Facilities and Safety at John Tyler Community College and previously worked for Virginia State Parks in a number of capacities. Chip enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and their four daughters, trail running, and cooking.
