Isaac Yeboah

Isaac Kwabena Yeboah is an experienced Management and Public Policy Analyst with a
demonstrated work history in the Local Government and Financial Service industry born and
raised in Sunyani, Bono Region of Ghana.

Isaac received a Master of Public Administration from Regent University in 2021, a Master of
Science in Industrial Finance and Investment from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and
Technology in 2019, and a Bachelor of Art in Integrated Business Studies from the University
for Development Studies in 2014.

His research interests focus on public policy, leadership development, and financial
management. Isaac investigates the factors influencing formulating, implementing, and
evaluating policies regarding revenue generation and financial resources in Africa’s public and
nonprofit sectors. In addition, he aspires to explore measures for ensuring efficient and effective
management of tax dollars.

Isaac serves the City of Norfolk in the capacity of a Management Analyst. Prior to that, he
worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Regent University, a Business Analyst in the
Financial Service Industry (Dalex Finance), and a Statistician for Ghana Revenue Authority.
Yeboah is an active member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA)
and a former Regent University Chapter Vice President. He is also a member of the Pi Alpha
Alpha (Regent University Chapter) and Pi Sigma Alpha (Alpha Epsilon Theta Chapter) Honor
Societies.
