Molly Oudekerk earned her master’s degree in public administration and a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from Virginia Commonwealth University. She also earned her bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in environmental policy and planning from Virginia Tech. She has eight years of experience working in the nonprofit sector and higher education in fundraising, project management, and operations.

For the past four years, she has worked in Development and Alumni Relations at VCU and her current position is in Corporate and Foundation Relations. Through her studies, she is interested in examining the organizational policies of grantmaking organizations with a focus on funder collaboratives and their impact on social equity.
