Victoria attended Brigham Young University-Hawaii, graduating in 2011 with a baccalaureate degree where she majored in international cultural studies and communication and was certified as a mediator. She furthered her education at Mississippi State University, receiving a master’s in public policy and administration with an emphasis in public outreach and health policy in 2012. She previously worked for the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, and in August 2014 assumed her role as fellowship coordinator in the Department of Internal Medicine managing five medical sub-specialty fellowships. She is interested in health policy and the incorporation of health policy and advocacy curriculum into medical education programs.
