Bentley Chan is the Director for Henrico Water, Department of Public Utilities. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia; and has worked in municipal utility design, management, and operations and maintenance for the past twenty years.
