The Wilder School will celebrate its Spring/Summer 2021 graduating class with a virtual send off at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 14. The ceremony will be hosted on the VCU Wilder School Facebook and YouTube pages. Join us by tagging @VCUWilderSchool and using the hashtag #VCUWilder2021 on Facebook and Twitter!

Graduates, friends and family are encouraged to share photos and personal messages the morning of the celebration between 10 a.m. and noon. The ceremony will include remarks from Dean Susan Gooden, 66th Governor and Distinguished Faculty Professor L. Douglas Wilder in addition to our two student speakers -- Stephanie Lau and Finley Loving. Make sure to tune in to hear the reading of the names of all of our exceptional Wilder School graduates!

In addition, those graduates who previously indicated an interest in the Spring 2021 Virtual Commencement & In-Person Interest Survey prior to the deadline of April 16 will have the chance to participate in our drop-in recognition event on Saturday, May 15. All guests and graduates will be required to follow One VCU safety protocols and use EntryPass before entering Cabell Library.

On Saturday, May 15, Virginia Commonwealth University will honor the achievements of our graduates with a virtual commencement celebration. Beginning at 9 a.m., the virtual celebration will include the ceremony broadcast with an interactive online experience for graduates and their families and a copy of your commencement program.

As you prepare for graduation, we invite you and your families to visit the VCU Commencement website at commencement.vcu.edu for up-to-date information.
